OUC maintains a list of vetted home repair and service professionals who adhere to standards of conduct and a Code of Ethics. Many OUC Preferred Contractors can provide point-of-sale rebates for those who qualify for an OUC rebate.
Featured Upcoming Meeting
The July 9, 2024, Commission Meeting will be held in person in the 7th Floor Commission Room of Reliable Plaza, 100 W. Anderson Street, Orlando, Florida, 32801, beginning at 2 p.m. The public may observe the meeting and provide comments in-person at the 7th Floor Commission Chambers of Reliable Plaza. Please silence any electronic devices while in the Commission Room.
Speaker Request
If you wish to speak at the meeting, please fill out the speaker request form.
The Commission is pleased to hear relevant, non- repetitive comments; however, there is a 3-minute time limit for speakers. Large groups are asked to name a spokesperson to speak on the group’s behalf. Robert’s Rule of Order governs the conduct of the meeting. Due to limited seating capacity, additional seating will be available in conference room 147 located on the 1st Floorof Reliable Plaza.
