The processing fee for payments made over the phone or on myOUC is $2.50 per transaction under $1,000 for residential customers and $5 for commercial customers. Payments are processed securely by Bill2Pay and appear on your statement as B2P* OUC.

- Square footage of the ceiling where insulation will be installed and existing R-Value of your home
- An invoice/receipt listing final R-Value and type and quantity of insulation installed
- The coverage for the installed insulation and the final depth measurement after installations
